Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the H&H Custom Trucks online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product display does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Buy," you place a binding order. The confirmation email constitutes acceptance.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros, including statutory VAT. Payment is due immediately via credit card, PayPal, or other offered methods.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery to the specified address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. Withdrawal must be sent to us by email.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods (e.g., printed or engraved products). These cannot be returned as they were specially manufactured according to customer specifications.

6. Returns and Refunds

In case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund payments within 14 days. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Personalized goods are explicitly excluded from the right of return. No refunds will be issued for custom-made or personalized products, as these are produced specifically according to customer specifications.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office.
