1. Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed via the H&H Customtrucks online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The product presentation is not a binding offer. By clicking "Buy", you place a binding order. The confirmation email constitutes acceptance.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices in EUR incl. VAT. Payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna or similar.

4. Delivery
Delivery to the specified address. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Right of Withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal. Excluded for custom-made products (§ 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG).

6. Warranty
2 years statutory warranty under Austrian law.

7. Liability
Liability only for gross negligence or intent.

8. Data Protection
Processing according to privacy policy and GDPR.

9. Applicable Law
Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction: Seller's registered office.
